clevrstart · About
Luke Sidney — software and agentic systems, built by a contractor who runs his own business on the system he sells.
Based in Montreal. Builds for consultants who keep their own clients, and separately builds and distributes software directly. One person, one accountable line from evaluation to delivery.
Evaluation-first, hourly, wholesale.
A brief, a call recording, or a half-formed idea is enough to start. Deliverability and complexity get assessed before a number is quoted — if a project can't be built as described, that surfaces first, not after work has started. That assessment, the quote it produces, and the follow-ups in between are free; billing begins only once you accept the quote.

Runs the build system he sells
clevrstart's own intake, estimation, quoting and delivery pipeline runs on KhaordicOS, the same agentic operating system used to build client work. It is not a pitch deck — every commission on the landing page's catalogue went through it.

Evaluation before a number
Every engagement starts with a deliverability and complexity pass before anything is quoted. That order does not change for a returning consultant or a first call.

Ships and operates, not just builds
skedual — the booking product this call is scheduled through — is a system built and run on the same foundation, not a demo.
Goals
- G1
A network of consultants
The current priority is building a healthy roster of consultants who bring their own clients and resell the build capacity. That comes ahead of selling software to businesses directly.
- G2
Direct business, stated not funnelled
clevrstart also builds and distributes its own software for entrepreneurs, small businesses and consumers. That is a real part of the business, described honestly, without a parallel sales funnel competing for the same page.
