Quote → invoice

The quote, the contract and the invoice, from one accepted line.

Built line by line with your NEQ, GST and QST. The contract goes with the quote, and your client accepts it online. The invoice is drawn from the accepted quote, deposit then balance, and never goes above it.

The quotes list of Rénovations Boréal, the invented business of the public demo: each quote with its status, total and date.

The system is installed in your own accounts, in your colours, with your contract template. I walk you through it end to end, and the walkthrough is recorded for your team.

From quote to paid, one thread

The quote is built line by line, with your Quebec enterprise number (NEQ), GST and QST, a 30-day validity and your payment terms.

The contract, drawn from your own template, goes with the quote. Your client accepts it online.

The invoice comes from the accepted quote: a deposit, then the balance. Nothing is typed twice.

Fig.The quote card appears, the cursor clicks 'Envoyer', the contract and the invoice slide in after it, the 'Payée' stamp lands, and it rests on all three cards joined by one arrow.

The invoice never goes above the quote

The invoice is drawn from the accepted quote. You bill a deposit, then the balance.

The system keeps count of what is already billed. An invoice that would take the total above the quote is refused.

GST and QST are calculated on every invoice, and the PDF comes out in your brand.

Your accounts, your data

The system runs in your accounts. Your data stays with you, and leaving costs you nothing.

Your clauses stay yours. The contract starts from your own template. The clauses the system suggests are suggestions, not legal advice: have your lawyer review your template.

You sell to clients but do not build? The system is delivered in your client's name, under one contract with you. You keep the relationship.

Questions before a first call

What people ask before a first call.

01Does it replace my accounting software?
No. The system makes the quote, the contract and the invoice. Your accounting and payroll stay where they are.
02Who writes the contract clauses?
You, with your lawyer. I load your template into the system. The clauses it suggests are suggestions, not legal advice.
03Are there AI fees?
The contract drafter uses an AI model with your own key. You pay the provider directly, with no markup from me.
04Who owns the system?
The accounts are in your name from day one, and the code is transferred to you on the final payment. Your data stays in your accounts.
05I run an agency. Can I offer it to my client?
Yes. The system is delivered in your client's name, under one contract with you. I stay invisible to your client, and you keep the relationship.
06What does it cost?
The number is on the software cost calculator, from your budget. The terms are on the How pricing works page: a fixed price for the agreed scope, half to start, half on delivery. The call and the quote cost nothing.
