Local SEO foundation

Local SEO you own, built into your site.

Your site and the search structure under it, your Google Business Profile set up, then one keyword report a month: what to write next, which searches are worth paying for. Everything in your name. No position promised.

Example monthly keyword report for a demo client: five clusters, the searches in each, the page that answers them, and the next move — write this month, write next, add a section, worth paid clicks, keep.

Quoted after evaluation

Example bands are the first two of three versions, before the 15 % safety margin. Your exact price comes from a free evaluation.

01

Map the searches

We list what people nearby type to find a business like yours, per service and per area, and group those searches into clusters. That is your keyword map.

02

Build on the map

A page for each service, and for each area where the searches justify one, in English, French or both, with online booking. Your Google Business Profile is set up to match.

One report a month

Keyword lists and clusters: which page to write next, which page to improve, and which searches are worth paying for clicks on.

Example keyword map for a demo renovation business: kitchen, bathroom and basement services across Laval, Montréal and Longueuil. Each cell shows a live page, a page to write next, or no page because there are not enough searches.

Not included: writing your posts and new pages after launch, unless the quote includes them; your photos; replying to your reviews; buying the domain name, which is done in your name.

The keyword map

Every search your customers make falls into a cluster: one service, one area, one need.

Each cluster gets one page, so your pages do not compete for the same search.

The map is written down and handed to you. Anyone who works on your site, now or later, knows what each page is for.

One language or two, a few areas or many: the plan is sized to your business and written in the quote.

This site is built the same way: one page per service, each written for its own search, in English and in French.

Questions before a first call

About the plan, the report and what stays yours.

01Is this a monthly retainer?
Yes, if you want one. We build the site and its search structure first, then send one keyword report a month. After the build, a monthly plan is available; what it covers is written in the quote. The accounts and the decisions stay yours.
02What is in the monthly report?
Your keyword lists, grouped into clusters, and the next move for each: the page to write, the page to improve, and the searches worth paying for clicks on.
03Do you guarantee a position on Google?
No. Nobody controls Google’s results. What we control is the structure: a page for every service and area that justifies one, each written for one search, and a report that says what to do next.
04Why English and French?
If your customers search in both languages, each language gets its own pages, written for how people search in it, not translated word for word. If they search in one, you get one.
05What do I keep doing myself?
Your photos, your reviews and your replies, and your posts. New pages too, if you want: the admin panel needs no code, and the report tells you what to write. If you would rather we build a page, it gets its own small quote.
06What does it cost?
It is quoted after the assessment: how many services and areas, one language or two. No figure before that. The terms are on the How pricing works page; the call, the assessment and the quote cost nothing.
