How pricing works

A fixed price for the agreed scope. Half to start, half on delivery.

The price is hours times one published rate, CA$90 an hour. The hours come from a free evaluation of your project, and you see the number before you owe anything. It does not move once you accept it.

Every service comes in three versions.

A first version, one that grows with you, or the full system. The band is hours times the published rate. These are example prices; your exact price is priced feature by feature after the evaluation, hours shown.

See which version your budget gets you

Two ways to pay, and a small way to start.

Pick the one that fits your cash, not the one that fits us. The software and the price are the same either way.

01

Pay once

Half to start, half on delivery.

Then it is yours: the code, the accounts, the data.

No invoice ever takes the total above the quote.

Try it in the calculator

02

Pay monthly

You use it while you pay. Hosting is extra.

It is yours after the payments shown, 12 at most.

Stop any time, or buy it for what is left.

03

Start small: CA$300

A working slice of your own project, built and walked through with you.

To try before you commit. Paid once, not credited to the build.

Also the answer when a budget is too small for a first version.

The CA$300 slice, on the home page

The call, the evaluation and the quote are free.

You pay for the build, nothing before it. We record the hours of every build against the evaluation that quoted it, so the next estimate comes from records, not guesses.

Free
The call, the evaluation, the quote and every follow-up
Priced
Feature by feature, hours shown
Safety margin
15 %, written as its own line on the quote, never folded into the total
Analysis
Bundled into the quote, not billed

Thirty days of free fixes, then hourly or a care plan.

Every app ships with a manual, as a PDF and as a docs page. The accounts are in your name from day one; the code is handed over on the final payment.

Day 0

Handover

The app, the manual and the accounts in your name.

Days 1–30

Free fixes

Anything that does not work as agreed is fixed at no charge.

Then

Hourly, or a care plan

Changes by the hour at the published rate, or a monthly care plan with no minimum.

A change
Something new you ask for gets its own small quote, accepted in writing before the work starts
An overrun
Inside the agreed scope it is ours; no invoice ever takes the total above the quote
Care plan
Monthly, no minimum, cancel any time; it covers changes after delivery, not the build

Hosting and your data, in full

Start from your budget.

A number exists only after the evaluation. Until then, the software cost calculator shows which version your budget gets you, paid once or monthly, and makes the plan as a PDF you bring to the call. Five questions, nothing saved.
