More contracts, same payroll.
You keep the client. We deliver production-ready code, fast. A paid pilot job first, then a 12-month agreement. Invisible to your client by default, named only if you ask.
You sell it. We build the part your team cannot.
The pattern is the same every time: the agency owns the client and the campaign, and the software underneath is the piece nobody on payroll can ship. Examples of what arrives, and what leaves.
- A website redesign
- The site, the CMS, the forms, the hosting handover
- A lead-gen campaign
- Landing pages with tracking, the CRM sync, the quote-request form
- An SEO retainer
- Programmatic pages, schema, the speed fixes
- A brand launch
- The booking software or the client portal the brand needs next
- An AI offer
- An AI receptionist or an agent, resold under the agency’s name
A paid pilot job, then the agreement.
The first job is a pilot: one scoped piece of work, quoted after the evaluation and billed like everything else. If it works for both sides, we sign the 12-month agreement. If it does not, you have a delivered piece of work and nothing owed beyond it.
- 01Pilot
One scoped job, quoted after a free evaluation, paid half to start and half on delivery.
- 02Agreement
Twelve months, confidentiality, a two-way non-solicit, two business days to answer.
- 03Ongoing
Each job is quoted on its own; the terms never change from one to the next.
Written out in full, so you can repeat them to your client.
- Term
- Twelve months, renewable
- Confidentiality
- Your client, your pricing and your pipeline are covered
- Non-solicit
- Two-way. We never approach your client; the same clause protects us
- Response
- Two business days in writing; one day is the usual pace
- Disclosure
- Invisible to your client by default; named only if you ask
- Quotes
- Every job is quoted after a free evaluation, never before it

Every hour recorded against the evaluation.
Half of the quote starts the work and the other half is invoiced on delivery. Both invoices go to you, so your client sees one supplier. We record every hour against the evaluation, and our estimates come from those records.
- Invoice 1
- Half of the quote, at the start
- Invoice 2
- The other half, on delivery
- Overrun
- Ours, inside the agreed scope: no invoice takes the total above the quote
- Change
- A change you ask for gets its own small quote, approved in writing before we start it
Drafted by our own harness, shipped through test gates and a senior review.
The first draft of most code comes from our own agentic coding harness. Every line then passes test gates and a senior review before it ships; that is why the price and the speed work. The repository sits in your account from the first week, with written docs and a recorded walkthrough.

You own it. Resell it, sublicense it, put your name on it.
The code is yours when the final invoice is paid, and you may resell or sublicense it to your client. Hosting, domain, repository and third-party accounts are opened in the client’s name from day one, so nothing has to be handed back later.
Behind your name by default.
Your client sees you: your name on the work, your contract, your invoice. Everything we run sits behind that plate. Ask, and we are named instead, in the credits or on the call beside you.
One person. No subcontractors.
The person on your call reviews and ships every line. Drafts come from our own AI coding harness; test gates and a senior review ship them. The repo sits in your account from the first week, with written docs and a recorded walkthrough, so nothing depends on one laptop.
