A cleaning quote template with GST and QST.
The lines a commercial cleaning quote carries are ready in the generator: offices, washrooms, floors, windows, supplies. You add your prices; it works out the taxes and makes the PDF.
A cleaning quote, as an example
A fictional cleaning business, a dental clinic as the client, eight visits a month.
Write one line per task and per frequency, so the client sees what is done at each visit. Pick each line’s unit: visit, square foot, hour or flat rate. The quote also states how long it is valid, 30 days by default.

What each line should say
| Line | Unit | What the client should be able to read |
|---|---|---|
| Regular cleaning | Visit | The rooms covered and how often, for example twice a week |
| Washrooms and kitchenette | Visit | The cleaning, and restocking if it is included |
| Floors | sq ft | Washing, waxing or stripping, and how often |
| Windows | Flat rate | Inside only, or inside and out |
| Products and supplies | Flat rate | Who supplies what: products, paper, bags |
