What do you want to fix first?

Pick the one that costs you the most time right now.

How this is calculated

  1. A software price is the hours it takes, times a rate. Ours is published: CA$90 an hour (about US$64).
  2. The hours depend on what the software does and who uses it, not on how many screens it has.
  3. This calculator starts from your budget and shows the best version you can get with it: Essential, Connected or Systemized.
  4. Pay once: half to start, half on delivery. Pay monthly: it is yours after 12 payments.
  5. Nothing is saved. The brief PDF is made on your device.

Questions

01How much does custom software cost for a small business?

At our published rate, an Essential version costs about CA$2,160 to CA$6,300, depending on the service. A Systemized version with several tools working together can reach CA$18,000. These are example prices; your exact price comes from a free call, in writing.

02How do you calculate software development cost?

Hours times a rate. List what the software must do, estimate the hours for each part, and multiply by the rate. Our quotes add a 15 % line for what nobody can see yet, and the price never goes over the quote.

03Can I pay for software monthly?

Yes. You use it while you pay, and it is yours after 12 payments. Stop any time, or buy it for what is left. Hosting is extra.

04Why start from my budget?

Because your budget is the one number you already know. Starting from it shows what you can have now.

05What if my budget is too small?

You can start with a working piece of your project for CA$300, or pay monthly.
